2024 Budget Meetings Update

Staff begins work on the annual budget under the direction of the finance director starting in July and the BOT has held multiple workshops to discuss budget priorities. View a summary and recap of the budget process and capital projects.

The BOT will be holding a public hearing for the 2024 budget at their November 6, 2023 BOT Meeting. All BOT meetings and Board and Commission Meetings are open to the public. There is a zoom option for each meeting or residents may join in person at the Town Hall Board Room. Each agenda is posted in the agenda center, at least 24 hours in advance.

Joining a board or commission is a great way to become involved and help shape the decisions made in your community. To apply for an Advisory Board or Commission position, please complete the Online Application. Your application will be sent to the mayor, who will follow up with you directly.   Currently there is a vacancy on each of these commissions;  the Parks and Recreation Commission, Historic Preservation Commission, Housing and Human Services and the Board of Adjustments.
