The Town of Lyons has two surplus vehicles to dispose of.
*All bids should be placed in a sealed envelope and delivered to Lyons Town Hall, 432 5th Ave Lyons, CO no later than 4:00pm on Monday, April 14th, 2025. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids when such rejection is in the public interest
*All items will be sold as is. No warranties are expressed or implied. All sales are final. There are NO REFUNDS or ADJUSTMENTS.
*The successful bidder(s) will be notified within 3 Business Days after the close of bidding. Successful bidder will be responsible for removal of the item(s). Title transfer and possession will occur once payment has been processed and posted. A cashier's check is preferred.
*The 2001 Escape has 82,178 miles and the 2005 escape has 149,012 miles. Please see photos
