Dog Licensing
Registration Form
To license your dog, fill out the online Dog License Registration Form, and follow the steps to submit payment. Once complete, a staff member will contact you regarding tag pick-up.You may also print and mail a completed PDF Dog License Registration Form, along with a current copy of your dog's rabies vaccination certification and payment, to Lyons Town Hall (see mailing address below).
Fees
From May 1 to March 30 each year, dog licensing costs $30 for the first dog license and $20 for each additional dog. All dog licenses expire April 30 of each year, and renewals are due by May 1.

Discount Dog Days - Month of April
Throughout the month of April, licensing your furry friends couldn't be cheaper! From April 1 to April 30, the Town of Lyons will be offering discounts on dog licenses - just in time for the new season.
Discount Dog Days (April 1 - April 30)
First dog: $20.00
Each additional dog: $15.00
What is the fee for?
Your dog license fees help pay for dog cleanup stations and bags and the Lyons Dog Park. Plus, licensing your pets helps in returning a lost pet to its owner.
P.S. To all the dogs out here reading this, please remember your owners must be on a leash attached to you when wandering out and about in Lyons (unless you’re in the dog park)!
