July Meetings Summary

The Board of Trustees (BOT) held two regularly scheduled meetings on Monday, July 7, 2025 and Monday, July 21, 2025.  View this link which hosts the full July BOT Summary and Recap.

In addition, earlier today, the BOT held a special meeting to fill the recent BOT vacancy. The Board voted to appoint Leigh Williams to fill the vacancy through the April 2026 municipal election. Per the Lyons Municipal Code, Trustee Leigh Williams will be sworn in at the regularly scheduled BOT meeting on Monday, August 18, 2025.

All BOT meetings and Board and Commission Meetings are open to the public. The next regularly scheduled BOT meeting is on Monday, August 18, 2025. The meetings begin at 7 pm. Residents may join in person at the Town Hall Board Room.  Public comment for the BOT to consider should be emailed before the meeting to the Town Clerk, dvasquez@townoflyons.com 

Each agenda is posted in the agenda center, at least 24 hours in advance. Interested residents are invited to watch previous meetings via the Town's YouTube Channel.
