The Board of Trustees(BOT) will meet on Monday, August 19, 2024. The agenda for the August 19, 2024 meeting will be posted at least 24 hours before the meeting.  Agenda items include:

• 2nd Reading –Public Hearing - Ordinance 1167 – an Ordinance of the Town of Lyons, Colorado, Approving the TEBO Annexation Application located at 4545-4559 Ute Highway and 4602 Highland Drive
• 1st Reading – Ordinance 1168 – an Ordinance of the Town of Lyons, Colorado Approving CEC Zoning for 4545 Ute Highway for TEBO Annexation
• 1st Reading – Ordinance 1169 – an Ordinance of the Town of Lyons, Colorado Approving R-3 Zoning for 4602 Highland Drive TEBO Annexation
• 1st Reading – Ordinance 1170 – an Ordinance of the Town of Lyons, Colorado, Amending Sec. 16-3-150 (D)(1), and Sec. 2-8-120 Of the Lyons Municipal Code to Create a Minimum Area Variance Process to Allow for the Subdivision of Lots Recorded on March 20, 1929
• 1st Reading – Ordinance 1171 – an Ordinance of the Town of Lyons, Colorado Approving and Accepting the Local Historic Designation for the Depot Building at 430 5th Avenue, Lyons, CO
• 1st Reading – Ordinance 1172 – an Ordinance of the Town of Lyons, Colorado, Amending Sections 16-10-90 of the Lyons Municipal Code to Allow Farmer’s Markets as a Principal and Conditional Use in Commercial and Commercial-Downtown Zones
• Consent Agenda - items including Accounts Payable and Minutes
• Utilities and Engineering Board - Update on Wastewater Utility Plan by JVA and Three Phase Power Options in downtown 
• Development agreement with Lyons Properties LLC, located at 501 W Main St
• Discussion/Direction on Comprehensive Plan Updates
