Board of Trustees Meeting Recap

Highlights from the October BOT Meetings:

The Board of Trustees met for their regularly scheduled meetings in October, on Monday, October 2, 2023 and again on Monday, October 16, 2023. They held a special meeting to fund additional road improvements on October 9, 2023.  There was a workshop before each of the regularly scheduled meetings. The regular meetings included the administrator update, sheriff update, consent agenda and general business discussion items.

All BOT meetings and Board and Commission Meetings are open to the public. There is a zoom option for each meeting or residents may join in person at the Town Hall Board Room. Each agenda is posted in the agenda center, at least 24 hours in advance.

Joining a board or commission is a great way to become involved and help shape the decisions made in your community. To apply for an Advisory Board or Commission position, please complete the Online Application. Your application will be sent to the mayor, who will follow up with you directly.   Currently there is a vacancy on each of these commissions;  the Parks and Recreation Commission, Historic Preservation Commission, Housing and Human Services and the Board of Adjustments.
