Highlights for the week ahead:

Monday, June 5, 2023 6:00 pm  Board of Trustees Workshop
The BOT will be hosting a workshop regarding two items via executive session, the Boulder County IGA Negotiation Parameters and legal discussion and negotiation strategies regarding the energy cost-savings contract with Honeywell.

Monday, June 5, 2023  7:00 pm  Board of Trustees Meeting
The regularly scheduled BOT meeting will begin at 7:00 pm. The BOT meets on the first and third Monday of each month. There will be a first reading for Ordinance 1147, which removes the requirement to pay a monthly base charge for the use of the town's bulk water station.

General Business will include a request for Lake McIntosh Water Shares for an affordable multi family housing development located at 317 Evans St. Also direction to staff regarding both executive sessions. The agenda is posted and includes the zoom link for those who want to participate via zoom. The public is also welcome to join the meeting from town hall. 

Wednesday, June 7, 2023 4:30 pm Utilities and Engineering Board
The UEB meets on the first Wednesday of each month. They have both hybrid and in person options– from the Town Hall Board Room or via zoom. The agenda will post at least 24 hours before the meeting. 

Thursday, June 8, 2023 6:30 pm Sustainable Futures Commission
The SFC meets on the second Thursday of each month. They have both hybrid and in person options– from the Effie Banta Room at the Lyons Regional Library or via zoom. The agenda will post at least 24 hours before the meeting.
