Board of Trustees Meeting: URA & Public Hearing Items Tabled

The February 1 Board of Trustees (BOT) will meet this evening, despite winter storm predictions. However, the following items will be continued to the February 16 BOT Meeting: the Lyons Urban Renewal Authority resolutions and the public hearing for the Valley Bank Property.

The tabled items consist of the following:

Resolution 2016-1, a Resolution to Enter Into an Agreement with Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck, LLP to Represent the Town of Lyons Urban Renewal Authority
Resolution 2016-2, a Resolution of the Town of Lyons Urban Renewal Authority Approving an Amendment to its Bylaws
Resolution 2016-3, a Resolution of the Town of Lyons Urban Renewal Authority Approving an Amendment to its Bylaws (concerning private property)

and

Public Hearing, Resolution 2015-135, a Resolution Approving a Final Plat and SIA for 2nd and Park Subdivision (commonly known as the Valley Bank Property), within the Town of Lyons
