Longs Peak Drive Sewer, Water, and Road Replacement

Longs Peak Drive Improvements Exhibit

Construction for the Longs Peak Drive Improvements project is anticipated to begin in September 2021. The project includes replacing water and sewer lines, and repaving the road.

The engineers have design 90% complete and the Town has put out the bid for construction, anticipating the project to begin in late summer. The most recent design plans are posted here.

Exhibits for the two turn around options are:

Y end turn around

Cul-de-sac turn around

In addition, the Town encourages residents to think about possible concerns to their property and to try to get those noted as early as possible in the process.
Town staff also intends to set up a time to go out on site after collecting comments  and feedback from those residents who are impacted.

The 30% design plans can be found here.

We captured the Q&A from the meeting and the video is posted.

If have questions or you’d like to express possible concerns related to your property, contact Director of Utilities & Engineering Aaron Caplan, at acaplan@townoflyons.com.
