On street parking on the southside of High Street and both sides of 4th Avenue in these areas will not be available during this project. Business accesses will be maintained throughout the project with day to day closures to complete the work as needed. Detours will be signed so that traffic can keep moving around these areas. Pedestrian traffic will be allowed to access the businesses at marked locations.

Safety concerns – This project will have open trenches while they install the new storm drain, so please avoid getting close to these areas. As with any construction there are safety concerns with equipment and trucks working, please give them space to work and do not impede their work space for your safety.
