Review and make a recommendation regarding Ordinance No. 868, applying the Restricted Outdoor Activity Overlay District to the following locations: Lots 23-24, Block 27, also known as 304 Main Street; Lots 9-16, Block 29, also known as 722 5th Avenue, 418 ½ High Street, 412 1/2 High Street, 721 4th Avenue; Lots 1-8, Block 30, 442 High Street, 436 High Street, 426 High Street, 418 High Street,410 High Street, 408 High Street; and the north half of Lots 9-16, Block 30, also known as 454 Main Street, 435 High Street, 625 4th Avenue.
2. Review and make a recommendation regarding Ordinance No. 869, applying the Limited Outdoor Activity Overlay District to Lots 13-15, of Block 27, also known as 350 Main, #1 and 2, and 344 Main Street and Lots 21-22, of Block 27, also known as 310 Main and 314 Main; and
3.
