Lyons Valley River Park/Corridor Trail

Yet to be developed, Lyons Valley River Park will soon be one of Lyons finest linking passive recreation areas. With a total of 15.3 acres to be dedicated with the development of Lyons Valley Park subdivision, Lyons Valley River Park will consist of filtering ponds, multi-use paths, interpretive trials, and a shelter facility. This area is a vital wildlife habitat along the St.Vrain River. Linking with the St. Vrain River Trail (Colorado Lottery Starbust Award, 1996) from Bohn Park to the west and the Corridor Trial to the north, these paths will be critical links to the east and eventually to the St. Vrain Greenway (Longmont) and Boulder Feeder Canal Trails (Boulder).
