Cardiovascular, strength, and fl exibility are
key components to aging gracefully. Join our
fi tness classes for the health of it and for the
camaraderie! It’s always more fun exercising
with friends. Tuesdays we focus on strength
training with light weights, bands, our own
body weight and yoga. Thursdays we focus on
cardiovascular fi tness and yoga.
Dates: Tuesdays and Thursdays
