“Stay Fit” Fitness Classes

Cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility are key components to aging gracefully. Join our fitness classes for the health of it and for the camaraderie! It’s always more fun exercising with friends. Tuesdays we will focus on strength training with light weights, bands. Thursdays we will focus on cardiovascular fi tness and yoga.
